About Me
Neil Nabavi is an Associate Attorney at Shegerian & Associates, where he advocates for employees who have experienced workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employment related injustices. He is dedicated to empowering individuals who have been mistreated and to driving meaningful change in the field of employment law.
Neil earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School’s accelerated two year SCALE program. During law school, he served as a research assistant focusing on alternative dispute resolution and labor unions, and was recognized as a finalist in the moot court intramural brief writing competition. His passion for employment law emerged after earning one of the top seminar briefs in his cohort within the employment law specialization.
